This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: PURCHASE OF POLO SHIRTS FOR DA-CENTRAL OFFICE EMPLOYEES AND PERSONNEL TO BE WORN DURING THE CELEBRATION OF THE WORLD FOOD DAY ON OCTOBER 16, 2024 under PR No. 24-1213-PERSONNEL DIVISION and Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. NP-151-24 through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) was awarded to ZIONEYES GENERAL MERCHANDISE  with a total amount of PESOS: Five Hundred Forty Thousand Eight Hundred (PhP540,800.00).
