This serves as notice to the public that the requirement:  Printing of “2019 SAAD News Compendium” with lay-out and design under PR No. 20-277 – SAAD through Negotiated (Small Value Procurement) and was awarded to AG3 COLORS PRINTING PRESS as the lowest calculated and responsive with the total amount of One Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (PhP123,200.00)
