This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Lease of Venue Including Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of DA-4ks CY 2022 Plans and budget Utilization Review Performance Assessment in Region IV-A under PRAS No. 22-2066 – 4KS through Lease of Venue was awarded to First Sta. Rosa Hotel Corporation ( El Cielito Hotel Sta. Rosa) with a total amount of Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (PHP 795,700.00).
