EQUIPMENT (SECOND BIDDING) LOT 1 under IB No. 039-20 through Public Bidding and was awarded to Quartz Business Products Corporation as a Single Calculated and Responsive Bid with the total amount of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-One Pesos and 80/100 Only (PHP 2,391,741.80)
