This serves as notice to the public that the requirement BAFE Annual Medical and Physical Exam under PRAS No. 20-0036 – BAFE through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) and was awarded to Globalhealth Diagnostic Center Inc. with the total amount of Seventy Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (Php 79,200.00)
