This serves as notice to the public that the requirement Ad placement of Memorandum Circular No. 14 re: Implementing Guideline for the NRP-Fertilizer Discount Vouchers to Rice Farmers under PRAS No. 21-1687 – AFID  through Negotiated (Media Services) was awarded to Philstar Daily, Inc. with the total amount of Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos Only (PHP 349,440.00)
