No. 19-262- PPP is awarded to THE ORCHARD HOTEL BAGUIO (H AND H ORCHARD LAND CORPORATION) as lowest calculated and responsive quotation with the total bid amounting to Three  Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP360,000.00)
