This serves as notice to the public that the requirement between the Department of Agriculture (DA) and Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) for the Professional Services: Consultancy Services Proposed Feasibility Study entitled “Tamlang Valley Sustainable Agriculture for Growth and Resiliency Project (TVSAGRP)  under PR No. 24-0578 – PPRMD   through Negotiated Procurement Agency to Agency was awarded to Negros Oriental State University (NORSU)    with the total amount of  PESOS: Ten Million   (PhP10,000,000.00).
