This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for the 3rd and 4th Month of CY 2024  under Various PR and Request for Quotation No. (RFQ) SH-013-24 through Shopping – Ordinary/Regular Office Supplies & Equipment (Sec. 52.1.b) was awarded to CL SIA TRADING for Lot Nos. 4 and 11 with a total amount of PESOS: Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Three (PhP70,593.00).
