This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: PURCHASE OF POLO SHIRT FOR THE CELEBRATION OF THE WOMEN’S MONTH IN MARCH 2024 under Purchase Request (PR) No. 24-0212 P2  – GAD through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) was awarded to WORK HABITS TRADING with a total amount of PESOS: Three Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand (PhP392,000.00).
