This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Lease of Venue including Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of the DA Interventions Monitoring System (IMS) User Training on December 4-8, 2023 in Region IV-Aunder Procurement Request Action Slip (PRAS) No. 23-1736-MED through Negotiated Procurement (Lease of Venue) was awarded to FOREST CREST NATURE HOTEL AND RESORT, INC. with a total amount of PESOS: ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND  (PhP1,428,000.00).
