This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: FOOD PROVISION FOR THE CELEBRATION OF WOMEN’S MONTH IN MARCH 25, 2024 under Purchase Request (PR) No. 24-0212  – GAD through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) was awarded to MAX’S KITCHEN, INC. (QUEZON CITY BRANCH) with a total amount of PESOS: One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty (PhP639,800.00).
