This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Ad Placement re: 2023 Beginning Year Pool (BYP) Qualified MAV Applicants and their Allocation under PROCUREMENT REQUEST ACTION SLIP (PRAS) NO.23-0116 – Minimum Access Volume (MAV) awarded to Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation as it is found to be legally, technically, and financially capable to undertake the contract with the total bid amounting to PESOS: Two Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Six and Thirty-Two Centavos (PhP209,956.32).
