Agriculture Secretary Manny F. Piñol holds bundles of garlic produced by the Uyugan Garlic Growers on May 8, 2018 during his visit at the Island Province of Batanes for the Garlic Summit. Piñol, together with Undersecretary Evelyn Laviña and other officials of the Department of Agriculture, visited the smoke house used by Ivatans to store and process garlic to prevent them from getting diseases.
