Agriculture Secretary Manny F. Piñol leads the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of an Agricultural Machinery Testing and Evaluation Center (AMTEC) satellite center on September 7 at the Western Visayas Agricultural Research Center (WESVIARC). AMTEC valued at P23 million, includes technical and scientific equipment, and office facilities.
