Agriculture Secretary Manny F. Piñol assures members of the Abuyog Farmers Association of support and fast delivery of assistance of the Duterte administration during a meeting on April 11, 2018 at the Abuyog Experiment Station in Leyte. As such, the Agri chief directed the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) of Region 8 to assist the farmers in securing production, machinery and equipment loan, which will enable them to procure machine dryer and harvester to improve their farm management systems.
