The Department of Agriculture, through its Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD), intends to lease a venue, food and accommodations for the conduct of FY 2017 3rd Quarter Special Area for Agrucultural Development (SAAD) Program Assessment Workshop to be conducted on 16-19 October 2017 in Cebu City, Region VII.

 

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

 

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than _______________, at exactly ____________ for the item described below:

  1. Business Permit;
  2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
  3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
