The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Conduct of Mid-Term Assessment for Bottom-Up Budgeting (BUB) and Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan (PAMANA) Programs for Mindanao Cluster to be conducted on October 4-6, 2017 in Region XIII.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
