1. Provide briefing/orientation on the Department’s thrust, programs and services
2. Refers Clients to specific DA Agency for their requests and needs and provide information, education and communication (IEC) materials
3. Refers clients request/queris aired over radio/TV programs and through letters to concerned DA Officials
4. Documents DA activities and news articles for media release
5. Coordinates and facilities DA Officials media interviews with media organization and
6. Maintains an information board and posts monthly activities of all the DA agencies
