The Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (DA-BAFS) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the National Organic Agriculture Board (NOAB) FY 2017-2020 Selection Process Consultation Workshop to be conducted on August 30-31, 2017 in Pampanga (Region III).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly _______________ for the item described below:

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
