The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the preparation of the FY 2018 Budget Execution Documents (BEDs) 1, 2, and 3 of the National Rice, Corn and Organic Agriculture Programs to be conducted on August 21-25, 2017 and August 28 – September 1, 2017 in  Region IV-A.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than _________, at exactly _______ n.n. for the item described below

2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
