The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards (DA-BAFS), through the DA – Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Regional Stakeholders’ Consultation on Impact Evaluation of Standards to be conducted on 08-11 August 2017 in Region IX (Butuan).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ________, at exactly ______ n.n. for the item described below

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
