NP-109-24 through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) was awarded to JOSHMHARKAND CONSUMER GOODS TRADING with a total amount of PESOS: Two Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty (PhP287,750.00).
