This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: ADVERTISING SUPPLEMENT OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18, IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES FOR THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF CASSAVA SEED PIECES FUNDED UNDER THE NATIONAL CORN PROGRAM  under PR No. 24-1161 AFID  through Media Services was awarded to MLA BULLETIN PUBLISHING CORP. (MANILA BULLETIN PUBLISHING CORPORATION)  with a total amount of PESOS: One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy and 88/100 (PhP139,970.88).
