Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol together with Agusan Del Sur Governor Adolph Edward Plaza (4^th and 5^th from left) lead the distribution of 10 units 20ft fiber glass boat and 1,000 pieces of tilapia fingerlings to enrollees of the Upland Sustainable Agri-Forestry Development (USAD) during the 50^th founding anniversary of Agusan Del Sur and 25^th Naliyagan Festival on June 15, 2017 at Patin-Ay, Prosperidad.
