This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Lease of Venue including Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of AMAS-AMAD 4th Quarter Assessment and FY 2025 Planning Workshop to be held on December 4-8, 2023 in Region III under Procurement Request Action Slip (PRAS) No. 23-1604 – AMAS-OD through Negotiated Procurement (Lease of Venue) was awarded to XENIA HOTEL CORPORATION  with a total amount of PESOS: One Million Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (PhP1,017,875.00).
