This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Award Notice for the Lease of Venue Including Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of National Livestock and Poultry Forum on October 25-27, 2023 in Region IV-A under PRAS No. 23-1554-NLP through Negotiated Procurement (Lease of Venue) was awarded to FOREST CREST NATURE AND RESORT, INC. (Bank Account Name: Forest Crest Nature Hotel and Resort, Inc.)  with a total amount of PESOS: One Million One Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Two Hundred (PhP1,177,200.00).
