After its successful re-run last year, the Foundation for Resource Linkage and Development (FRLD) has once again welcomed global exhibitors at the AgriLink/ FoodLink/ AquaLink, which runs from October 5 to 7, 2023, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
With the theme: “Plant Health and Value Adding: Key to Competitiveness”, the AgriLink/ FoodLink/ AquaLink 2023 highlights the synergy between plant health and value adding to enhance the competitiveness of Philippine mangoes in the international market.
The 28th edition of the AgriLink/ FoodLink/ AquaLink features local and foreign companies, and provides free seminars tailored to engage farmers, fisherfolks, and stakeholders within the agricultural and food industries. The organizers also provided additional retail booths showcasing products from all the regions of the country.
Department of Agriculture (DA) Senior Undersecretary Domingo F. Panganiban, Senator Cynthia Villar, and Agrilink 2023 Chairman Ricardo Tolentino led the ribbon cutting and opening ceremonies on October 5.
It was also attended by distinguished guests from the international scene such as Ambassador of Israel Ilan Simon Fluss, Ambassador of Thailand Tull Traisorat, Ambassador of South Africa BN Radebe-Netshitenzhe, KAMICO Chairman Shin Gil Kim, and the FRLD board of directors and co-organizers. ### (photos by Alarico Nuestro, DA-AFID)
