This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Award Notice for the LAYOUTING, GRAPHICS, ILLUSTRATION, PRODUCTION AND PRINTING OF COMIC BOOKS ON RICE, CORN, AND HIGH VALUE CROPS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (HVCDP)  under NP-141-23 through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) was awarded to VJ GRAPHIC ARTS, INC. with a total amount of PESOS: Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand  (PhP468,000.00).
