This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for Ad Placement re: 2023 Beginning Year Pool (BYP) Qualified MAV Applicants and their Allocation under PROCUREMENT REQUEST ACTION SLIP (PRAS) NO.23-0116 – Minimum Access Volume (MAV) awarded to The Philippine Star (PhilSTAR Daily, Inc.) as it is found to be legally, technically, and financially capable to undertake the contract with the total bid amounting to PESOS: Two Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Four (PhP209,664.00).
