This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Lease of Venue including Food and Accommodation for the Conduct of Hands-On Training for NLP Report Officers on Operations Management Information System (O-MIS) and MED Reporting System to be held on March 13-17, 2023 at Region IV-A under PRAS No. 23-0324 – NATIONAL LIVESTOCK PROGRAM through Negotiated Procurement (Lease of Venue) was awarded to FOREST CREST NATURE HOTEL AND RESORT, INC. with a total amount of Five Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 544,000.00)
