Officials of the Department of Agriculture (DA) led by Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban met with representatives from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on November 8, 2022 to explore the ways forward of the five-year Delivering Effective Government for Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth (DELIVER) Project.
Now on its fourth year of implementation, the DELIVER Project consists of three components: 1. Fiscal Reform and Public Financial Management, 2. Infrastructure Development, and 3. Micro-, Small-, and Medium-Scale Enterprises (MSMEs) Competitiveness. ### (photos by Alan Jay Jacalan, DA-AFID)
