DA Secretary Manny Piñol, together with Mayor Mary Jean Te of Libertad, Antique, awards fiberglass fishing boats with implements to the fishermen groups of the province to enable them to help in increasing fish supply in the country and uplift their quality of living. The secretary committed a total of 50 fiberglass boats and 15 patrol boats to be distributed the province’s coastal towns. “We are introducing fiberglass boats instead of boats made out of wood as they are more durable and environment-friendly,” Piñol said.
