This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Publication Announcement of (1) Minimum Access Volume Committee Approval of the Mechanism for the Implementation of Executive Order No. 133 for MAV Year 2021, and (2) Call for All Interested Applicants – 2021 MAV Plus Mechanism PRAS No. 21-1230 – MAV through Negotiated (Media Services) was awarded to PHILSTAR DAILY, INC. with a total amount of  Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (PHP 67,200.00)
