This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: AD PLACEMENT IN VARIOUS NEWSPAPERS: 2021 BYP QUALIFIED APPLICANTS AND THEIR ALLOCATIONS – ITEM 1 under PRAS NO. 21-0174 – MAV through Negotiated (Media Services) and was awarded to Philstar Daily, Inc  as a complying bidder with the total amount of One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos Only (PhP139,776.00)
