The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including meals, for the PUBLIC CONSULTATIVE MEETING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL STANDARDS (PNS) ON THE CODE OF GOOD AQUACULTURE PRACTICES (GAQP) FOR FISH (TILAPIA AND MILKFISH); CRUSTACEANS (SHRIMPS AND CRABS) to be conducted on 21 SEPTEMBER 2016 in NCR (QUEZON CITY).

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than July 14, 2016, at exactly 12:00 noonfor the item described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:

1.            Business Permit;

2.            Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronic Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and

3.            PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
