The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards (DA-BAFS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Program Inspector’s Trainingto be conducted on12-15 December 2016in Subic, Zambales.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ______________________, at exactly 12:00noon for the item described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ).

*Inclusion: free use of Conference room, LCD projector, audio system, waived electricity charges for laptop and other gadgets, wifi connection
Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:
- Business Permit;
- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
