The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards (DA-BAFS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Public Consultative Meeting for the Development of the Philippine National Standard (PNS) for Fresh, Chilled or Frozen Finfishes to be conducted on12-14 December 2016 in Region IX (Dipolog City)
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ______________________, at exactly 12:00noon for the item described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ).

- Business Permit;
- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
