The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the PARTICIPATORY GEODATABASING OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) MUNICIPALITIES OF COTABATO AND SARANGGANI to be conducted on 6-9 DECEMBER 2016 in KORONADAL CITY, SOUTH COTABATO.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than November 11, 2016, at exactly 12:00 noon for the item described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ).

- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
