The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodation and meals for the Participatory Mapping/Geodatabasing Exercise in selected seventeen (17) municipalities in Misamis City (Region X) to be conducted on 4-7 December 2018 in Ozamis City (Region X).

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
