The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including booth rental, set-up and amenities for the 2018 Philippine Halal Exposition with a theme “Investing and Nurturing Philippine Halal Industry” to be conducted on December 6-8, 2018 (including ingress) in Metro Manila.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below
