The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to LEASE A VENUE INCLUDING ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEALS, FOR THE ACTIVITY OF THE NATIONAL CONVERGENCE INITIATIVE, “AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT THE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS ON TECHNOLOGIES READY FOR COMMERCIALIZATION IN SELECTED CONVERGENCE AREAS, FROM OCTOBER 16-18, 2018” IN BOHOL (REGION VII) for 50 participants.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below

3. PhilGEPS Certificate/Supplier Organization Profile/Registration.
