The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease of venue including accommodations and meals for the participants and guests during the DA Regional Information Officers (RIOs), DA – RFO/LGU Farmcasters and AFID Staff Conference Cum Assessment and Workshop on November 19 – 21, 2018 in Region XI.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
