The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Mid – Year Planning Coordination Workshops for the Mainstreaming of DA – PRDP Tools to DA’s Regular Planning, Programming and Monitoring Process in Region V on August 20 – 24, 2018 and Van Rental.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
