The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodation and meals, for the activity of the National Convergence Initiative, “Master in Public Management Major in Rural Development (MPM-RD) Congress 2018”, August 14-16, 2018 in Clark, Pampanga.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronic Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate/Supplier Organization Profile/Registration
