The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Public Consultative Meeting (PCM) for the revision of the Philippine National Standard (PNS) Code of Hygienic Practice (COHP) for the Sale of Fresh Agriculture and Fishery Products in Markets and Authorized Outlets (PNS/BAFS 46:2006) to be conducted on May 22-24, 2018 in Region XI (Davao City)

 

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

 

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below

     ***Lease of Venue Including Food and Accommodation

 

A.     Live-in participants (accommodation and full board meals) for 3 days (May 22-24, 2018) 10 pax X PhP1,800.00 X 3 days = PhP54,000.00

Inclusive of free use of conference room, LCD projector, audio system, waived electricity charges for laptop and other gadget and wifi connection

 

B.      Live-out participants (AM Snacks, Lunch and PM Snacks) for 1 day (May 31, 2018)

40 pax X PhP1,000.00 X 1 day = PhP40,000.00

  1. Business Permit;
