The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards (DA-BAFS), through the DA – Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the conduct of Capacity Building Workshop for the National Organic Agriculture Board (NOAB) and National Organic Agriculture Program (NOAP) Implementing Agencies to be conducted on 27-30 November 2017 in Laguna (Region IV-A).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
