The Department of Agriculture, through its Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD), intends to lease a venue with food and accommodations, for the conduct of Workshop on the Finalization of Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) 2017 of DA-Central Office for CY 2018 to be conducted on October 24-27, 2017 in Region IV-A.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than _______________, at exactly ____________ for the item described below:

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
